Hot Tub Give Away… Official Rules.
Contest Rules: 1- Entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete and submit this official online entry form or Visit one of our Shop Local Partners. Limit one entry per household- per entry location. Entry constitutes acceptance of all rules. 2 – Eligibility. Contest open to U.S. residents 21 and older. Delivery must be to an address within the stat of Utah. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Only those entries received by December 10th, 2010 are eligible. Directors, officers, volunteers, employees and their relatives (by blood or marriage) of Bullfrog Spas 3 – Prize and odds. A Bullfrog Spa 2010 Model Hot Tub Spa will be awarded to a winner selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on December 30, 2010. Winner will receive one (1) Bullfrog Spas Hot Tub Spa 2010 Model complete with spa cover. Prize is non-transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. Prize must be claimed within 60 days or prize is void. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. 4 – Notification. Prize winner will be notified by email only! Winner will be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (unless prohibited) Publicity Release within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. Winner must provide a photo of themselves with their spa to Bullfrog Spas within 30 days of receipt of the spa and agrees to allow Bullfrog Spas to utilize the image in the photo and the winner’s name for promotional purposes. Bullfrog Spas are not responsible for any late or misdirected award notices or responses. 5 – Additional Rules. For the name of the winner, available after January 5, 2011, visit the Bullfrog Spas web site after drawing. By participating in this contest entrants agree to be bound by these rules and release and hold Bullfrog Spas, their parents, affiliates and their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability or injuries, death, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or the prize won. Decisions of Bullfrog Spas are final in all matters. Prize drawing will be moderated to ensure fairness.
